We hope you’ll love your new item(s), but if something doesn’t work out, we totally understand! We offer full returns on unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and have the original tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned free of damage and shipping labels.

We offer *free returns on regular (full) priced merchandise. Shipping costs for returns on sale merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. To request a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include information such as the Order #, Item, and Reason for Return in your email. After you request has been approved, you will be sent a pre-paid return label.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we’ll notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information often varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to *exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. After placing the order for the replacement item, please email us at email@example.com to request a pre-paid return label. A refund will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.
