We hope you’ll love your new item(s), but if something doesn’t work out, we totally understand! We offer full returns on unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and have the original tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned free of damage and shipping labels.

We offer *free returns on regular (full) priced merchandise. Shipping costs for returns on sale merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. To request a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include information such as the Order #, Item, and Reason for Return in your email. After you request has been approved, you will be sent a pre-paid return label.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we’ll notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information often varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to *exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. After placing the order for the replacement item, please email us at email@example.com to request a pre-paid return label. A refund will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.
*Free returns and exchanges apply on domestic orders only within the USA.

Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods. Orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods before 6pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing within 24 hours.
We ship standard domestic orders for a flat fee of $5.00 per order. Free shipping applies to orders of $150+ within the USA only. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

We currently ship to select locations* worldwide. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Free Returns offers do not apply on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and/or fees. We offer several reliable and convenient international shipping options with tracking through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS):

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1.800.742.5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
